Get the app

Add the app to your home screen and turn on notifications so you never miss a match or a message. There is nothing to download from an app store: it is the club’s own app, added to your home screen in a few taps.

Open the parent app

iPhone

Use Safari. On iPhone only Safari can add the app to your home screen, and notifications only work in the app you open from your home screen.

  1. Open the parent app in Safari.
  2. Tap Share.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
  4. Open the app from your home screen.
  5. Go to Settings → Account and tap Turn on notifications.

Android

Use Chrome. If Chrome offers to install the app on its own, tap Install — that is the same thing.

  1. Open the parent app in Chrome.
  2. Open the browser menu.
  3. Tap Install app or Add to Home screen, then confirm.
  4. Open the app from your home screen.
  5. Go to Settings → Account, tap Turn on notifications and allow them.

What we’ll tell you

Once notifications are on, your phone shows one when:

  • A coach replies to your messages
  • An urgent change — training cancelled or moved
  • A new fixture is added
  • A squad is announced
  • A reminder when a child’s Emirates ID has expired or expires soon
  • Something you ordered is ready to collect at training

Nothing else — no marketing, and never anything about fees.

Turning them off

To stop them, turn them off in your phone’s settings for this app. Emails from the club carry on either way; you choose who in your family gets them in Settings → Account.
